Go to the left side of the ledge and use the Grapple to catch the metal ring at the other side (the one you used before).

Walk to the right until the Grapple cable hugs the stone block.

Start tapping the Interact button until the stone block falls off the pillar and crashes through the floor, revealing a room below.
