When you land on the stone block at the other side, turn around. Use the Grapple to catch the metal ring on Thor's shield to the left. Then pull it towards to you.

Jump to grab the narrow ledge on the shield and traverse all the way to the left.

Jump to grab the handhold on the pillar behind you and shimmy left around the two corners.

Hang from the third corner of the handhold and jump to the safe ledge behind you.
