Climb on the big stone block and walk to te other side.

Jump to the pillar you moved earlier, then to the next one on the left.

Jump to grab the edge of Thor's hammer and pull up. Walk to the higher part on the right...

... and press the Interact button to get the Relic from Thor's right eye.
