Approach the edge of the platform between the two low walls that you can use for cover in order to avoid Natla's fireballs. Wait for a platform to pass just below you and jump onto it.

... turn having the device to your back. When the platform passes in front of the ledge with the angled support, jump onto it and go behind the support.
